Under construction is the new Carleton Place Health Hub which will open in the Spring of 2025. Already 15 doctors have signed leases and the goal is to centralize and expand primary care. The Building has a footprint of 60,00 sqft comprised of 4 floors of 15,000 sqft. Presently the second floor is fully leased but there is availability on the other floors, units ranging from 1000 sqft to 3000 sqft or more. We are seeking medical professionals to open clinics, like occupational therapists, psychologists, mental health workers, dietitians, or any interdisciplinary health professionals.
